I enjoyed how the staff was very helpful in assisting me with items that I personally forgot (IE:adapters). Also the amount I had paid for my room was great! The room was cozy and had both Korean and American channels. The telephone connection makes it very easy to call back to the states, if need be. all reviews » Everything in the hotel was much better than I was expecting, given the budget price that we paid. A perfect place for an over night stay if you don't qualify for accommodation provided by your airline and all you really want is a comfortable bed. Our room even came with a spa bath, sauna, and 300 TV channels. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. A very good breakfast and an airport shuttle were provided, though you might need to call the hotel on arrival to be picked up at the airpo. It was difficult to control TV and shower heating system. They are on little village and no railways. Therefore it would not suit for sightseeing and shopping at Seoul or Incheon downtown. I liked everything. Thought there was a 24 hour shuttle to/from the airport, but it does not start until 6am so I had to pay $15 for a taxi to the airport. Once you are at the hotel there is no way to get to Seoul without having to go back to the airport to catch the train. The hotel shuttle needs to be called from the airport Information Desk in order to know to come pick you up. I did not know this ahead of time. the jaccuzi seem not functioning. The cover linens looked not very fresh The elevator delivers you to the staircase and you have to make your way up the stairs to the room The hotel looks like it had better times. Hotel restaurant was definitely sub-par, and only restaurants nearby were Korean food. Bed was hard as rock. Breakfast limited to toast or Korean style. Bathroom in need of refurb. Breakfat choise for westerners very strange. Nothing. The washbasin was in the room, not in the bathroom. Soft drinks in the Fridge shall not be limited to Korean only. The area is really just to stay if you wait for a plane not so much to do. The decor of the hotel was very artificial It is a modern hotel and why not sick to a purely modern theme?.
