No other hotel I have been to anywhere in the world has arranged a staff member to help me do some souvenir shopping in the market. They even went to that extent !! I had e-mailed her several times before our booking and she promptly e-mailed me back. When I entered on the day of booking, she was very helpful and diligently helped me with our reservation.She is an asset to the Rose Hotel.

  I stayed for 3 nights & was extremely impressed by the value for money , cleanliness & good location with accessibility to attractions like Chinatown , Yamate parks,Motomachi areas , Minato Mirai by walking . Other staff were also good but spoke little English . will definitely recommend especiall - - Stayed in a double room and the bed was a very large double bed but also left much less space to move around and place luggage - Cost effective hotel, definitely targeted towards businesspeople.
