What people say

We had dropped off our bags before check in time and were assign a room but accidentally stayed out too late- after check in time however when we got there (after midnight) they had already moved our bags to our room and gave us the key no problems. location was very close to Ueno station and many restaurants and shopping wifi worked well on first floor in room. It was a little noisy outside in the morning after 7ish or so. I'm not sure but maybe someone was cleaning the streets or doing some construction perhaps it couldn't be helped.
