Friendly and helpful staff that spoke very little English, but still was able to help me out by helping locate a friend by calling them for me. Right next to Ueno stop if you want the Skyliner to airport.
It was fantastic stuff and they could help me with travel information and my plans at any time, also reservation (I came too early). It was good breakfast, comfortable room.
Close to all the major stations at Ueno,and easy to find.

Location excellent as only staying one night and near uneo statioSo no probs just dropped cases and we were off to explore a wonderful cit.
Excellent location, so close to Ueno station. Heaps of shopping and restaurants right around the hotel. It was perfect. So close to the airport subway lines and major lines to the rest of the city.

No wifi in annex, nor any English channels on TV. was moved to the main hotel which has only smoking rooms, which smelled horrible.
