This hotel was fantastic! We stayed here for 3 nights when we visited Disneyland and DisneySea for 3 days. The staff speak English really well and are super friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing! So big and it looked out over the water. We had an extremely comfortable king size bed... so big I almost got lost in it. The monorail station is right across the street and is an easy 3 minute walk or you can catch the Mickey Mouse themed shuttle bus. I loved our stay here. No complaints at all. .
all reviews » We stayed at the Hilton Tokyo Bay in late Oct 2013, and glad we did. It was a nice to end a trip where our accommodation was superb. We stayed in the 'celebrio' room which was perfect for 2 people, the hotel itself is situated in the Tokyo Disneyland Resort and offers a shuttle to and from the theme parks' station. Even though, it's about 20-25minute train ride from tokyo cbd, because of the amount of trains available, travelling outside of the area is no problem. FYI the monorial for the tokyo. The location for Disney is fantastic. The themed rooms are great fun for the whole family. The food was great and there are shops within the hotel. Disney tickets can be bought at the hotel and are guaranteed for all guests. The view of the Tokyo skyline over the bay at night was amazing from our room. choice of food very good. Space and view of the room very nice. friendliness and courteousness of all staff, reception porters, chefs, waiters, very pleasant atmosphere. We stayed here at the end of a month of traveling - it was a delicious break, and a treat to be taken care of so well. The room was awesome, and it was a monorail ride away from Disney! (We had a Disney view from our room.). Great thematic room that my kids adore. The room is huge for hotel in Japan. Excellent service from the staff. I hardly wait for check-in despite it was full and they nicely offered help to carry my stuff. Room was very large and nicely themed. Large foyer area with plenty of staff to assist. Free WiFi in foyer. good location to disneyland and disneysea by shuttle train even though a little bit expensive, also there is hotel shuttle to MAIHARA JR STATION, it's good to move downtown after disney tour. Our 18 month was too big for their cots so had to sleep in a normal bed with bed guards. somewhere on floor 10 a banging door, not sure if a door holder was broken in one of the rooms, it kept me awake a few times. There is no free shuttle bus to the park, only to the station. Had to pay for WiFi in room. Outdoor pool closed even though weather was warm. no so many food choices we took all in disneyland. it's better to have a hotel shuttle bus to both disneyland and disneysea directly. The food at the restaurant was pretty good, but nothing special. Especially in relation to the cost. The a la carte menu as well as the buffet was a bit limited compared to other hotels we have stayed at in the same price range. After an overnight flight from Australia, we arrived at Hilton 11 am and were refused early booking in until 3 pm. We were told rooms were available at that time. Hilton needs to 'join the real world' where hotels are happy to accept early arrivals. We were far from impressed when reception got out a calculator and said for $40 she could help. Card for door needed to be changed 2 times and safe would not open. All fixed. No free breakfast No shuttle bus to DisneySea. Price. None. NO free wifi. THE hotel is old espically the bathrooms. None. We loved our stay, restaurants were a little bit pricey but food quality was worth it. Stay was too short. Nothing. The pillow. The location was bad if you want to go to tokyo. You have to take a bus from the hotel to the station .. And then from the station to the main rail way station.. And then you have tp change for the metro once or twice.. It was noisy and time consuming.. Compared to the last time when I stayed, but it is not feeling well. Staff not totally helpful. the cost of breakfast. Too busy, queues too eat. My first experience of 5 star and didnt think the service was of 5 star quality. Just average really. Nothing fancy. nothing. check in time is 3pm. I arrived at the hotel round 1pm and told me there is no room ready. But my baby want to sleep. So they charged me 25% early check in fee and give me a room. But the room is the farest room from the elevator and no sea side viem. I feel very disappointed. The location (ie. how to get there) is not so good unless you are staying there for the Disneyland. The fact that the outdoor pool closed already at 4pm was quite disapointing. I was not aware that the hotel was mostly for families. I did not enjoy staying in a child's room (as it felt like with all the decorations) I was disapointed that there was not free wifi in the room at a five star hotel.
