Slightly expensive, but an excellent hotel. Enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast can be improved. Some more bread options could be added.

Rooms were clean, compact, and modern. The bed mattress was fabulous and water pressure was great. The staff was very pleasant and tried everything possible to assist. We were about 10-15 minutes from Tokyo Station and taxi costs ranged from 840-1360 yen depending on which exit you were picked up from.

The challenge was trying to understand how to operate the air conditioner. It got very warm in the room and had no english instructions.

The kitchen staff are all friendly, some can't talk in English but tried their best to serve the guest.

Location was great, only a 5 min walk to the Metro. Fastest wireless internet I've ever seen in any hotel, and I travel ALOT. All features in the room worked excellent. Bed was very comfortable.

5 minutes' walk to subway, easily access to Metro/JR lines. Convenient store near by. Value for money.

No shopping malls or nice department store or famous sight- seeing spots or any park around.

Rooms was very clean. There was a microwave on the second floor. There are 7/11 store and two subway stations very close to the hotel.

You can't pay with Visa or MasterCard.

Very close to Asakusa and Ginza metro lines which get you a lot of places very easily. Staff spoke some english but I get the impression this hotel is more oriented towards local or business travel. They were very friendly and helpful however, and stored our luggage for us after we checked out while we were out. Rooms were spotlessly clean, and they looked brand new. Breakfast was good but not amazing.

Very small rooms. If you have 2 people, it is hard to move around when you are getting ready in the morning. It's not a big deal and it's not unexpected in Tokyo.

1. Super clean and neat 2. friendly staff 3. convenient location. 5 minutes by walk to Kodenmacho subway station. 2 stops to Akihabara, famous electronic stuff area and 3 stops to Ueno, a major commercial area and transfer station. 4. soft bed. ...ohhhh...

1. Limited English communications. So use easy words and short sentences. 2. small room and bathroom. if you are a large person, you may not be able to sit on the toilet.

The value was good. It is difficult to find a hotel in Tokyo that isn't expensive. The Staff was very helpful and friendly. Most of the Staff spoke enough English to help us. Toiletries in the rooms are very good. Cleaning was done very well.

The beds are very hard and uncomfortable.

It was very hard to find this hotel its not on main street and there is no street name.. Stuff didn't speak English.. We didn't like The fact that we couldn't use the stairs

Beds were quite comfortable and hotel was quite clean.

The room sizes were too small, the whole room comprises of bed + 1 feet beyond the bed and the room ends. Even breakfast was nothing to talk about. This hotel may be good for local people but international travels wouldnt enjoy staying.

The hotel was very conveniently located near Bakurocho station which made it easier for us to commute.

The rooms are extremely small (and to add to that the beds are too big for the tiny room)and the website images are misleading in terms of the room size. There was no vegetarian option in the buffets at all.

The room too small and hot. The air conditioning system was very noisy. The room was not very clean , we found a socket left under the bed
