  Our room was upgraded to a spacious semi-suite, with a full sofa set and two semi-double beds. That's a big plus. The room was not brand new, but it was nice and super clean. The hotel staff even took us to the room after check-in and explained to us the onsen pools available at the hotel. Onsen was really great at the hotel; relatively big pools,... what people say » not at all crowded when we were there. My wife loved it and entered it three times during our two-night stay. Very soothing. Complimentary Japanese t - The room was really nice, a little old fashioned, but was more than adequate. We had a view of the mountains and loads of greenery. I would have to say that the best part of the hotel, would be their Onsen. The onsen is located inside the hotel, it had an indoor and outdoor onsen, the Onsen was extremely clean and well stocked. The hotel also provided a shuttle bus service to and fro from the hotel, morning market and train station. It was really convenient. The staff were all incredibly friend
