  It's located near the train station, and bus stop which has easy access to shopping centers and tourist destinations, and the downtown Kyoto. There are some restaurants and convenient stores around the hotel. Rooms are clean, beds and pillows were comfy, and all 3 types of the breakfast were yummy. The public bath was really nice too, good and relaxing, especially after a long walk touring the city. - we had no choice but booked a family room (2 nights) good for 5 people but we were only just 2 adults with our 15 month old since no better hotel was available during our trip. it turned out a great choice because it was very spacious and clean and cozy. my lil toddler love running around. will booked same hotel again if we ever get back to Kyoto next time. worth money spent with good breakfast delivered to our room every morning. :)

When I asked them something (like recommendation for the transport to various sites or good restaurants nearby), they were willing to help and their suggestions and recommendations fit my needs. The hotel was very convenient location-wise and it was very comfortable as a whole.   The hotel is in a perfect location - right opposite the Kyoto station. The station itself is an excellent place for shopping and eating. In front of the hotel is the bus station, which has the buses that will take you to all the sights in Kyoto. Basically, the location of the hotel cannot be better. The room was nicely equip - Excellent American-style service (ie. help with luggage, staff always ready to assist), plus an incredibly good location, VERY close to station! Sanjusangen-do (1000 buddhas temple) is walking distance, - Great location to visit Kyoto. Rooms are nice and very functional. Onsen, free ramen and Lawson direct access from the lobby. Service staff was very good and pleasant. They have special commodities to keep your luggage before after check in/out (brought the luggage at our room after early check in and while we were out).

  Tatami rooms were quite good and met our expectation. The cost free Hotel Shuttle Bus to Kyoto Station was very helpful. We could rent Bicycles at the Hotel directly. - Staff was helpful, breakfast spread good enough. Western-style rooms better than Japanese-style.
