  It was centraly located but close to the sea with amazing views. The staff were very helpfull. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel and our bedroom were spotless. Ettore couldn't have been more helpful.I have never experienced any staff member at any place I have ever stayed who was more welcoming.   Ivan and Fabbiana are exceptional hosts - we were grateful to have such wonderful people welcome us to Sorrento. The staff is a reflection of the owners - Giovanni went out of his way to assist us with parking, traffic control while we parked, and carrying our bags to the hotel. Last but not least, Serafina and her home baked - I loved the warm, welcoming staff and Giovanni's delicious cappuccinos.   The Management and staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms are all from facing and have a wonderful view over 2 bay and to Mount Vesuvius. The room were bit basic but clean and very comfortable also had clean towels every day. A ten minute walk into the center of Sorrento. Also has free car parking. I would definitely stay - At first sight, we were we were disappointed with the rather basic room. However, as soon as we saw the huge terrace, overlooking the Bay of Naples, we forgot about the room. (Who needs luxury with a view like that??). The hotel was exactly what we were looking for - perfect location, clean, friendly staff, free wifi at all times and great pool.
