We were contacted in advance and offered various options for a transfer to the hotel from the airport, and chose a private driver who was there and waiting for us.   Staff were very friendly and helpful. Superior rooms were large with nice bathrooms. We walked to lots of major attractions: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum and Roman Forums were all 15 - 20 minutes easy walk away. My wife and daughters found plenty of shopping nearby, especially on and around Via Nazionale which is 40m f - Nice and cozy rooms with new modern furniture. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended very good restaurants in Rome and also helped us find some of the locations we wanted to visit. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking. Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.

  The Owner is an interesting lady who keeps the place in a perfect way. Room are spacious with a large bathroom. The guest house is on the 3th floor of a old nice building. It is really nice and you will have the feeling to be in house more than a Hotel. It is safe and well located.   The bathroom with bath! This was very modern and business like. The service was good at night when needed. - accessibility from roma termini, english speaking and helpful front desk personnel, adequate breakfast. I will stay there again if I get a chance to go to Rome again.
