    The staff was most courteous and helpful. The hotel was a short walk to Villa Borghese, the principle point for my visit to Rome - Location just outside of main tourist area but surrounded by many restaurants and theatres was excellent. Local transport to all areas was also good. Staff very helpful at all hours.

    great location in a lovely district of Rome. Tram stops around the corner and it's only 5 stops to the old center. The B+B is in an old building facing the quiet inner courtyard. I love the charming old-fashioned elevator. Costanza'a brother and sister were so warm, friendly and helpful - and spoke fluent english. the apartment has only 3 rooms w... what people say » hich makes it quiet homely and a handy little kitchen. There is a car park very close by that costs only € 7,- for every full 24 h, which is very hand - Perfect apartments in historical building. Everything is very clean and designed with antiwar furniture. Kitchen is well equipped, a lot of pictures and books make atmosphere of home hospitality. Owner meets you by him shelf, very kindly person. Breakfast is perfect- you have everything, meet, cheese, yogurt, fruits... And perfect italian coffee, made by wife of the owner! Free wi fi is working. Maps of Rome and a lot of help by the owner!

    The hotel manager, Andrea, greeted us personally and issued a map with all the suggestions of where to go and where to dine, what to do and what not to do. Furth - I loved the fact that it is a small hotel, and the service is personalised, flexible and very friendly. It is very quiet, there is not a lot of coming and going, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful bathroom and toiletries with a lovely big bath. Fabulous! It is also a short walk to the station, which was a big advantage. It is close to the metro, and if you like walking it is an enjoyable walk to most attractions.

    We were 8,9,10 April 2011.Everthing was perfect, breakfast reach and very good, clean, comfortable and not expensive to be in Rome and the most important Samantha and Nicoletta where very polite and helped us a lot htey left their mobile phone to be called at any time!
