The hotel is located in the centre of Rome, we could not have chosen a better location. When I booked the Hotel we were sent a personal email welcoming us to the Hotel. When we stepped of the elevator into the reception area we were greeted with the warmest friendliest staff, always there to help. 24 hours. The rooms were extremely well kept and very clean. It was our honeymoon and both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had the room with the rain shower and the circular bed. Spagna .
all reviews » It's amazing hotel! Specially 3d floor "Forest"! Even in hall you could understand that this hotel is right place for stay in Rom. We have booked Doubleroom Deluxe but hotel upgraded room till Junior suite without extra money! Suite has moved bed and jakuzzi like small pool! Hotel is only few minuts from Piazza Spagna, underground, shopping street, restaurants, Fontaine de Trevi etc. Personal is very friendly! We will be back one (or more) times for sure!. myself & my girlfriend had an amazing stay at spagna royal suite for 3 nights in December. we were greeted by the owner on our arrival (a nice touch) and staff were friendly & helpful throughout. location was excellent, right beside the Spanish steps and near to all the attractions Rome has to offer...and the fabulous shops!! our room was spacious & clan. I would thoroughly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone!!. Perfect location, excellent customer service beyond our expectations. They were always there for anything we needed at any time of the day. Great tips and ideas for making our stay as perfect as possible. Reservations for Collosseum and Vatican saved us! Friendly staff. one small point was the breakfast. there ws limited choice, and I do like to be offered the options of eggs. We didn`t have more days!!!!. Only the entrance at the ground floor but it does not matter at all. Our only problem was that we were on the first floor, and it was pretty loud from street noise when the windows were open. But the windows are wonderfully insulated, because when closed, the noise was not much of a problem!. We did not like leaving. A little hard to find at first, when you get there just look for the name on the door bell buttons and you will be fine breakfast limited but still ok seeing it is free. The breakfast area was cozy but very small, and the food a bit scarce. The lady working there was not filling in food fast enough, and did not ask us if we wanted coffee or tea. She had obviously too much to do. There were some minor inconvenience in the room itself such as lack of shelves in the bathroom. Also the shower wasn't very convenient, but generally we are very pleased with the hotel. Some of the rooms were a little more design oriented than practical. The room was comfortable but quite small and perhaps slightly over furnished. Nothing. The breakfast is just fair. There are only ham , bread ,fruit and cereal . There is no kettle in the room. They need to ger an ice maker. Should think about a bit more pratical issues, like hanging clothing. Small breakfast room but we never went anyway! Breakfast in bed. Dining area for breakfast very small. a few minor maintenance items could do with attending too but these didn't detract from the experience. Needed 2 air conditioners in our large room. No sign out the front of the property, so it was a bit hard to find. This was due to heritige listing so we understand but some advise to warn us would have been great. The entrance lobby can be easily made a bit more pleasant, it stands in contrast to the establishment's design. Rather poor breakfast, but good coffee. Could have done with some shelf's in the cupboard area. Breakfast room is so small we had to wait to get in-only holds about 10-12 people. Only complaint... The mattress on the bed Was very uncomfortable ... Need more directional Signs in the entrance way ... Nothing. a very old and tiny lift. Strong smelt in the waiting area on reception floor. Poor breakfast facilities Entering the hotel there is s need to use the lift to get to reception on the forth floor - lift is small and very dated. Nothing.
