Great location. Staff very friendly. We did not expect such a good level of a two star hotel. for instance in Paris we stayed at a three-star hotel, which was really aweful comparing to this one. The location (real close to the Vatican); though central, it were very quiet rooms.Very helpful staff, v friendly, great location, great value for money. Staff was awesome, breakfast was perfect and the location was ideal.the location was great, walking distance to many tourists attractions, quiet and safe area with few good and not too expensive restaurants, the room was cosy and very clean. The amability of the staff and the confort of the room. It is very convenient as it is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel to Vatican City, and it feels like you are staying in your own flat. Hotel was quite good with very good response from the hotel staff and management. Location is perfect as only 0.5 km away from st.peter's basilica and vatican muesuems and metro station is also nearby.Modest and clean facilities. Location.Location. nothing. the wall paper in the room was peeling off at places. The only improvement for us during our stay would have been tea making facilities in the room, but this may not be the normal in hotels in Rome and would certainly not put us off recommending or stayinh here again.riscaldamento non funzionava. We were given a room at the back side of the hotel and I most appreciate to have the front room when I stayed in a hotel to have a nice view especially in the morning. Also on the website it says they accept American Express card payment but when you get there, they insist that we pay by cash, which is not convenient especially if you already budgeted your travel expenses for the whole stay.Bathroom is very small, and rooms are little cramped. The language skills of the staff were quite poor. Desperatly in need of TLC. Poor breakfasts poor service cold inside and not even. Blanket no soap/shampoons.
