The sense of having a home to stay in as opposed to a hotel, sense of independance. Beautifully maintained. Elegant. Will highly rec it to fellow visitors to Rome and will stay here on every trip to Rome ourselves. Staff extremely accomadating and genuine. It is ideally located with the views of the Spanish Steps to die for.Fantastic position on the Spansish steps, with brilliant double glazing so no noise if you wanted peace but lovely atmosphere if you wanted to be part of the buzz.

- Turn into Via Veneto.

From the south.
- Take the Gran Raccordo Anulare (G.R.A.).
- Join the A24 (Roma-L' Aquila) in the direction of Via Salaria - Via Flaminia. - Exit at Via Salaria, in the direction of the town centre (centro).
- Take Porta Pinciana.
- Join Via Veneto.

Then park the car at the Park-Sì. A confortable underground will bring you to Piazza di Spagna.
