The hotel breakfast is really nice and the staff there too, it's so convenient and around there's a very nice Chinese restuaraunt! Close to Termini the central train station, but locate at a very quite sourrounding. Quiet location with a metro station within a 5 minute walk only two stops from Termini. Pretty good price for a three person room in Rome (120E). Staff was friendly and spoke good English. Free breakfast a plus.

There was one mosquito in the room, may be due to greenary around and hot weather this summer. * lift out of action on one occasion (& only available from 1st floor) * no functioning fridge/minibar till day 6 of 7 night stay, though reported faulty on first & subsequent nights * poor TV reception on CNN channels * no plug for wash-basin. 2 single beds put together instead of double bed, a strange smell in the bathroom, very noisy room. The furniture was quite old and the room wasn't renovated. Lift starts from 1st floor. Bad wifi connection in our room. I booked double bed, but I've got twin beds put together and it was horrible. Staff don't understand meaning of double bed!!!!!. The lift starts on the first floor so we carried the luggage. - Furniture in the room was very old fashioned - Room overall looked quite dated - 'Luggage storage' is not secure, they just put the bags in front of the bar around the corner from reception and people do not need to walk past reception to reach this area if they are coming from the stairs. breakfast can be better - instant coffee served and no vegetables. No lift from ground floor. lift starts from 1st floor. The lady working at the reception doesn't have people skills...or perhaps she doesn't care. No sound isolation between rooms! Breakfast could be better. waiting for a night to fix toilet flush. Friday night and the noise from the street is loud because there are some bars around.
