The Apartment manager, Sharon, was excellent. She was very helpful, informative, friendly. A true delight. The location could not be better. Walking distance to everywhere, near a terrific piazza and the magnificent Pantheon Building. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Cannot wait to get back there. Highly recommended.

Location was perfect, do notvwaste your money to buy hip on hip off bus tickets, you can go every attraction by walk or a short taxi, apartment was great and modern and clean, Sharon accepted every call and follow our comments, ...I absolutely recommend you this property...

30 steps to reach 1st floor it was not recommend for elderly people, a school was apposite of the property that may concerning for somebody... Everything was great...

Perfect since beginning till the end. I recommend the pick-up at the airport - it is very comfortable. Sandra, the owner, was expecting us in the appartment. She is very nice person with excelent English. The appartment itself is very comfortable. Next time we go again!

This is a nice and very comfortable apartment just two steps of Campo de Fiori. All major sights are within walking distance (provided that 30-40 min walk to a location is no big deal for you). And there is a lovely restaurant just at the entrance with the best pizza in Rome. Definitely recommended - it has a bedroom and a dining room and overall it can accommodate 4 people.

The cleaning could have been arranged on a more frequent basis - we haven't seen any of it during our 1 week stay.

Superb location right near the Pantheon yet very quiet; We were met at the apartment by Sharon who was brilliant; Very central to many of Rome's 'wow' attractions; Atmosphere and dining in the Piazza della Rotunda is wonderful; Great shower! Very secure. Beautiful high ceilings. I recommend that you take the option of the pick up/driver from the airport - brilliant service and it made it very easy to co-ordinate check-in. We were in the studio apartment and I wish one of the units with a separate bedroom had been in our price range as this would have better suited travelling with two children (for a bit of space and privacy), but that being said the bedding was really comfortable.

Nothing really. Wifi was down for our entire stay, but honestly, who cares? If you have a lot of luggage or are mobility impaired you will need help getting up the 30 (or more) steps but this didn't bother me at all. This is Rome!

The owner of the facility was nice and helpful, and most importantly easy going. The location is perfect, walking distance to every significant sight. Will definitely stay again.

We were very well taken care of by the staff, Sharon who is very friendly and professional. The apartment is comfortable and has all the facilities we require. We shall definitely stay in the same apartment for our next visit to Rome.

Great location. Sound proof double pane windows - when needed. Great aircon even really hot days. Secure. Really friendly restaurant below even brought me the backpack I forgot when we arrived!!

Kitchen a bit small but who wants to cook in Rome anyway. Faces afternoon sun so too hot on balcony in afternoon.

Personal service from Sharon the rep, and the location was fantastic.

The shower wasn't the best, it was too complicated, and the stairs were very high for elderly people.

Great location. Right next to the Panthion, walking distance to Colusseum, Roman Forum, Short Taxi ride to Vatican. We felt safe. The apartment was quiet and cool. The food was excellent

Everything about hsr was wonderful. If I visit Rome again, I'd definetely not look for an else place. We stayed at the the apartment next to Pantheon, which was very nicely furnished, a nice mix of modern & classic style and was perfectly clean. The kitchen had all necessary stuff! Our apartment host, Sharon, showed great hospitality, care and warm attention. Special thanks to her!

The location is excellent; it is conveniently located within walking distance of most attractions. The apartment is very clean. The host, Sharon, was extremely helpful and responded quickly to calls and messages.

The wifi was slow at times.

Close to the action in Campo de fiori. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of facilities in the kitchenette. Sound proof. Comfortable to relax in after a hard day of walking all over town!

Not much i can think of....mattress was a bit soft for me but others may like it.

The location was stunning. Sharon was superb & as it was our second trip to Rome it made it so much more memorable. Nothing bad to say at all. Loved it.

Everything. Great location right behind the Pantheon. The apartment was only a short walk from most tourist attractions, and very safe to walk to/ around late into the night. Large spacious room that did not feel cramped at all with 4 people. We absolutely adored the luxuriously furnished apartment. Sharon from Home Suite Rome who dealt with us was outstanding. She went out of her way to make our stay very pleasant including arranging airport transfers and help with museum reservations. The apartment was very thoughtfully stocked with complimentary snacks, a bottle of wine and provisions for the kitchenette. Outstanding in every way.

Couldnt find any fault with it at all.

Apartment in Camp de Fiori did not meet expectations for a 'luxury' apartment.

We loved the efficiency and kindness of our coordinator. She was well organized, really friendly and knowledgable which started our holiday on the right foot.

There was a bit of noise from the restaurant below. Seemed to be later on the weekend night that we were there than the week nights. But the airconditioning units really helped to minimize the sounds from below.

The service of the staff was excellent. The location, beside the Panteon, was excellent. The flat was clean and comfy and from there it was just a short walk in almost any direction to find places of interest.

We stayed in the Navona Suite and it was really comfortable. Sharon as ever was very friendly and helpful and allowed us a late check-out to fit in with our return flight. The view from the balcony is wonderful and a great place to people watch over a glass of wine.

The Wifi connection is weak and only works in the lounge area

Location was wonderful, Sharon was extremely helpful and the apartment was perfect for a family. We were within walking distance to everything with restaurants at every corner.

We had one issue with the wifi, but we contacted Sharon and it was fixed before we got back from sightseeing.

Fantastic Location!! Excellent facilities, Sharon was very friendly and helpful. Everything is within walking distance - excellent restaurants, all major sites, grocery store.

It got a little noisy at night, with the crowds in Piazza Navona, but the window shutters helped blocked out noise, and it usually settled down by about midnight.

We stayed in one of the Pantheon suites. It was very comfortable and the location was fantastic with all the major sights no more than a 15/20 walk away. Sharon was very friendly and helpful and arranged an airport pick-up and drop-off for us which made things easier. Highly recommended.
