We had a very pleasant stay in the B&B Roma Central. Our room was more than big enough for two guests, very clean and very cozy. And in addition the balcony was a great benefit. The room has a fridge and a TV with nearly endless channels in different languages. Outside the room is a kitchenette which can be used for self-made meals or coffee. But we always went out for the dinner. There is a great supply of very good and not too expensive restaurants nearby the apartment. So, everything was.

Good location, close enough to the train station to collect our car, near the metro, but in excellent walking distance of most of the sites of Rome. The apartment was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated, with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and hairdryer. Being in a courtyard the apartment was so quiet at night which made a great sleeping place. A small useful shared kitchen was available, we made sandwiches for lunch each day to keep. Everything about the room was perfect. Although in a business district, it was very cozy and quiet. The air conditioning was a wonderful respite to return to after a day in the HOT streets of Rome. I did not use the kitchen, but it was nice to know it was there. If assistance was necessary, it was just a phone call away. There is a cash machine right up the street and a taxi stand a block away. The room was very clean, staff friendly and I loved my morning pastry and cappuccino from the pas. clean renovated flat with all that you need and are willing to pay for. the owners are very friendly and are living next door, should you need anything. the B&B is really in the centre of Rome, with the touristic attractions in walking distance. Breakfast is downstairs in a local breakfast bar, so you can enjoy the start of the day together with the Roman people going to work. Good location and price. Clean and comfortable. Located on seventh floor and the elevator going up requires a key and a little patience, but just adds to the charm. The owner was pleasant and very helpful. The owner Riccardo is very helpfull and realy taking care of the customers. The location is great for sighseeing, the room clean, kitchen available, tv sat, fridge in the room.. The word for cold is freddo. On the sixth floor, so a big climb up a grotty stairwell. We knew this when we booked and it didn't really matter as accommodation was nice when we got there. Lift was crowded with just 2 people & luggage, but I realize there is no room for a larger lift. However it was easy to sent it back & forth for the 3rd person & luggage. first contact with the owner is a bit difficult, as there is no bell for the hotel unit. need to give a phone call. Nothing. Poor sound isolation - you can hear doors opening in a corridor and the water draining in your neighbor's bathroom. But anyway during the night it was quite silent, so I've managed to sleep well. The only challenge was how to return the key from the elevator, but still putting down my luggage. I was travelling alone, so I had to leave my bag downstairs and VERY quickly go up and down to return the keys. Fortunately I've found my back downstairs same as I've left it :). The elevator was very small. But it gave us some good exercise. None. Limited "European" breakfast No washcloths No safe in room for valuables. there was nothing not to like. The entrance is not as nice as the picture from Booking shows. It's hard to find the b&b, despite that you get to the right adress. You can't use the elivator upon arrival (you get a key for elivator after checking in). The breakfast is only coffee and a pastry. Since it's a small place and a b&b, it's unstaffed. The ceiling need to repaint.
