  The staff was wonderful and the location was very convenient for us as we arrived by train and left on the bus to Malpensa which is at the train station. Our room was clean and quiet.   The restaurant had very good food. I was surprised at how utterly quaint and very well decorated the hotel was. My room was very cozy and the jacuzzi tub was a nice surprise. - very amical personnel, even english functionned. The animals and the chlidren playground were very positive. The room was clean and the service good.

  I find the hotel with luck. Our booking had cancelled with 4 star hotel and went to this hotel at 9pm. Hotel is new, rooms are very clean and tidy. Bed to shower everything is comfortable. Its like 5 star hotel. Breakfast was very good and open buffet. Checkout is 12pm and nobody is pushing you to leave. The room was comfortable for a family of 4 and the bathroom was almost lavish compared to everything surrounding it. The hotel served a breakfast of both hot and cold items.
