  We were treated like royalty... the owners of the hotel, a family, helped us with all our tourism questions, they accomodated all our needs, and then offered even more! Our stay could not have been any better. They made us feel like part of their family! It was just wonderful!   We are glad we picked this hotel! It's very scenic and has lots of character compared to many other hotels which tend to be a bit plain.   The family that ran the hotel were really friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable.   Owners are very nice and friendly. Location was good, there is a bus stop about 2 min walk from Casa Colomba. There are restaurants near by and a small market. Local buses stop there with lines Positano-Praino for 1.5 euro per person. Also SITA buses stop there as well. Parking is available at Casa Colomba which is a scare resource in this region.... what people say » There are 200 stairs to walk up, we managed as we are a young couple. There is a lift for luggage upon arrival/departure. For the money value this - Owners delightful. Room big,bright,clean with a large deck,kitchenette and incredible views. Ready access to path of the gods. Nice to visit the bigger towns and then return to quieter Praiano at night. Many many steps up to get to room from street level (220 give or take a couple). Great for countering the effects of excessive carb consumption!

The owners and staff were all absolutely charming and went out of their way to make our stay a very happy one.
