That is a simple, but excellent hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful, specially Francesco, who suggested us amazing things to do and to visit in Pisa. Also the room was very clean and tidy, air conditioner working properly and comfortable bed. The bathroom was very clean and tidy too. The hotel is in an excellent location, in walking distance from the Leaning Tower. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Had made all relevant arrangement in room, kitchen and bathroom, all were good and I must say that overall this I can really consider to visit all the time. Close to the center, nice rooms, clean, kitchen with fridges, microwave owen, cooker, every room has its own storage in the kitchen. Francesco is very helpful, recommended us what to see in Pisa, gave us maps. Our little boy likes him a lot :-). Great place! Very friendly and helpful owner. The place is situated very close to the walls of the city and is in great walking distance to the tower and other sites. Very clean and comfortable. Nice balcony and lovely kitchen!. Francesco is a great host, always helpful and friendly. When we arrived he welcomed us at the airport and took us for the short Pisa sightseeing and then when we were in place he gave us tips for all interesting places in Tuscany. Francesco (the host) was extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. His hospitality gave the place a happy and friendly atmosphere. Also good value for money compared to other Pisa accommodation. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Hostel was in easy walking distance of the old town and just around the corner from a bus stop. The house is very clean and full equipped. very helpful owner gave advice on how to visit Pisa. Air conditioning worked very well. Quite neighborhood, clean and nice apartments. Really friendly landlord. Thank you. The location was a convenient walk to the leaning tower. Very friendly and helpful stand in for the owner and then the owner too whom we met next day. Only a 10 -15 euro taxi ride to airport. Maybe only that bathroom is common, we stayed next to it and hear everything from it, but it was not so bad. The only thing we did not like was that the wifi did not work. Might just have been a fluke though. It is quite a long walk from the Pisa tower, and also from the railway station. However, Francesco explained how to use the local bus services and that made things easier. Check in time is very late at 4pm. None. Didn't get any hot water in the shower. Late night patrons showed little consideration for others in how they entered the building, closed doors etc. regarding noise levels. (may have been just the patrons that night).
