Everything was clean, spiffy, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are nicely appointed and the wi-fi worked well in the rooms. The airport shuttle worked well for us, both in dropping off a car and being dropped off at the airport the next morning. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable---almost luxurious for what we booked as a simple air-port hotel. I definitely would recommend this to anyone in this price range---it is value for money considering the quality of the accommodations.
all reviews » Although I didn't have a car I was very impressed with the individual private covered parking areas connected to each room. The room was immaculate, the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and I would gladly stay here again. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, spacious carparking at your room door, restaurant and room service available and at a reasonable price, 24 hour reception, good sized rooms which were nicely furnished. The room was beautiful! The bathroom state of the art. Furnishings were incredible. I wish I had discovered this lovely hotel when I first arrived in Milan, instead of the night before I left!. I was amazed at the high standard of the rooms, the reception, and the staff. 10 out of 10. I travel every week of the year and this hotel is one of the best in its category. I Liked the quality of the furnishings and size of rooms. Easy in/out access and direct parking at the room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Friendly staff, good location, clean room. Personal car park beside the room with an internal and external exit from the room. Every thing was good except Restaurant, may be I am Indian due that the type of food may not suitable for Indians. Bathroom, cleanliness, room. Near to the airport. Car arrangement. I arrived on Sunday without a car. this is just a piece of advice - I had trouble finding a restaurant - this can be resolved with a taxi or hired car. WHEN LEAVING, I did note that room service is available but I was not advised if that service is available on Sunday evening. Check it out - still I recommend this hotel. No english television. A few More English speaking channels would have been perfect but now I am really nit picking!. Location is a little out of the way socially, but good for Linate Airport. The room stunk of cigarettes despite asking for a non-smoking room. Type of food due to, may be I am Indian due that the type of food may not suitable for Indians. It is more a motel than a hotel. It is really good if you are looking for privacy, but it might be a little weird if you are travelling alone for business. The layout of the whole Hotel and its rooms recalls a "cathouse". The reception and the personnel are expecting you to receive "easy ladies". Over the night - given the thin walls - you can enjoy by hearing the moanings of the neighbours. Really I don't know how such a place can have been reccomended by letsbookhotel.com. It was advertised as having wifi even in rooms and there wasn't any. Just received poor excuses about works being done. For me this was essential for my work and determined my choice of this hotel. Very disappointing. Si sentiva troppo rumore dalla strada.
