The hotel staff is very firendly and helpful. My room was very nice and there are free soft drinks in a mini-bar. It is possible to access internet for free. I also liked a breakfast with a wide range of meals and drinks. The hotel is very close to the central railway station (Milano Centrale), so it is easy to get there after arriving to Milan. -

What's not to like? The design of the hotel defies to usual luxury hotels' boring design.
The rooms are designed to be cosy, and it definitely is. The rooms were appropriately lit, the TV had wide range of channels and the interior décor was just amazing.

The hotel is situated in a nice area. There are lots of restaurants close by for in the evening. Good atmosphere, both inside and on the street. They have helpful staff. The rooms are very good and the bathrooms extremely nice. Everything is modern, clean and in the grey area between design and luxurious.

Hotel Five was a great find. The hotel staff from the receptionist, cleaners to the lady who serves breakfast were exceptionally kind and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and every time I passed them I was greeted with a sincere hello and a smile.

Hotel five was an excellent choice for position, ambience facilities and staff . So easy to travel anywhere in Milan as it is minutes from train system. The beds were comfortable -and the third bed for our 16 year old daughter was a real bed not a fold out camping style . The outlook over the green courtyard was most appreciated in such hot weather.
