The rooms were in good condition as well, although most rooms have windows opening up to a narrow alley where you can't even see the sky and you can almost reach out to the neighboring room.

  the hotel staff was excellent...they even made our stay one to remember...it was my boyfriends birthday so while we were gone they left us some champagne and a birthday note for him...definitely made the day...it was also close to everything...the walk wasnt bad and the metros were close by...rooms were comfortable and a great breakfast selection..... what people say » .we had a wonderful stay - It was probably the best 4* hotel i have ever stayed.Very clean,convenient to the public transportation and easy enough to park your car in blue line zone(1.20 euro per 11 hours is better than the 25,00 euro that hotel parking needs!)   Everything! The staff was amazing! Even before we arrived, we had contact with staff asking if we needed any services upon arrival. After our arrival, they were helpful with making our stay more enjoyable! When we walked into our room, it was beautiful, comfortable, and smelled great! We left wanting to return and to stay at Hote - I like it that the room was furnished stylishly and everything seems new and well-maintained. The propriataria, I think, was so nice and kind that she showed me to my room and didn't mind that I wanted to practice Italian and took time to let me and restated all that needed to pay attention to in English. The breakfast was such a heaven! Food was healthy (fresh fruits, juice, water, bread of all kinds and eggs and bacon) and there's live classical guitar play!

My first but definitely not my last time at the Milan Radisson Blue. - The staff at the reception were very gentle and supportive.
