Nice location hotel

Wen check in I had book suite ... But they show me a normal room.... Where I didn't acssept it then they a gree to give me my suite

The staff was extremely corteous, but Bernice at front desk was very helpful helping us to solve a situation with our transfer to the airport. She is incredible, an asset to the hotel.

The annex is located in a back Street and it was dark at night. At the entrance there was not any hotel employee.

excellent location, spacious room, great place if looking to spend a few days in the centre of Milan. Is a little way away from parent hotel but we found we didn't need reception as so much about anyway

Location -- right next to the Galleria, Luini's, and the Duomo. Valet car service (75 euros a day though). Large hotel room; very spacious. Espresso machine in room. Free beverages in the room. Knowledgeable English speaking staff. Great value for middle of city 4 star hotel (200 euros/night).

Security issues. Hotel does not change room door codes for each guest. We actually had someone walk into our room unannounced around 11 pm at night and immediately called the front desk to have the code changed (which we had no idea that they didn't regularly do). Hotel doesn't advertise that you have to check in at the Seven Stars Galleria and take a 5 - 8 minute walk to the hotel (apartment building) -- walk through the Galleria to get the the hotel building. Really small

Hotel did not take money in advance for prenotation. Perfect location.

Booked room did not correspond to foto. To obtain good (from foto) room I paid another 70 euro a day.

The location is superb 2 minutes walk from the Duomo (Milan Cathedral). The rooms are unusual, very spacious and new. Complimentary espresso , tea and a mini bar full of sodas :)

The location is great and the room is clean, tidy and airy.

The check-in and -out is through the sister hotel, a couple of blocks away. It's not convenient, and was not described on the website.

I made my reservation based on the pictures in website and when arrived I found that it is in different location, they used pictures of their main hotel in the galleria but when you reserve no one tells you that in Annex and description of the other location in very fine print that you will not notice, I will never come back again, not worth the money.
