Excellent location - near the beach, not far from the center, but in the quiet place, the bus station just in a few steps. Everything is new. Big outdoor swimming-pool and nice spa zone. Highly recommended. - nice and cozy room - fridge but empty bar :-) - balcony (superior room) - spa (free sauna, free steam room, indoor swimming pool) and large outdoor swimming pool - close to the beach - very comfy bed.

Flexible staff. - poor breakfast for a 4 stars hotel - nobody gave us information about the hotel facilities - on the website is said that there is private beach - the fact is that you have free umbrellas and sun beds but there is no showers and toilets so you have to go back to the hotel... if you want to have that facilities you have to pay 15 euro for a day and 12 euro for half a day - very cold sea ( we were there the first week in July ). Staff were truly hopeless and definitely trained by Basil Fawlty!!! They always messed up the munch order and you had to chase someone around the hotel to get a drink in the bar - it really was quite laughable - but if the manager got his act together - they could make a fortune!!. At the check in The first key room was of another room with clothes of family inside. Bit more variety in breakfast and Wifi in bedrooms would have been good. Clumsiness in check out process, looks like they have to re-inout all data to get an invoice. - our room, that was "confort" was quite small ... so I wonder how will be a standard one - despite the "wellness" program, and teh attentio to local food in the diet program, the standard breakfast is quite bad, with the usual foods you may find in the international business restaurant - same yogurth type, same ham, cheeses, jams .. really anonymous. At arrival WIFI didn't work and nobody knew why and the reception staff suggested that it must be our equipment, solved after 4 days without telling us. Bathroom and shower too small and unpractical. - Very poor service in restaurant - No service at poolside. Poor room facilities and Spartan decorations. To shower only small sachet of soap (only 2 a day). Room of a 2 star Hotel. We run out of water in most of The hotel rooms. Recepion staff is incompetent, ironic and lazy. Hotel charged my credit card twice and it is not possible to solve this issue even if they were provided with all necessary proofs there is no contact from their side. When I call they "don't speak English, borkes my calls".
