  We had a fantastic stay at Villa Cheli! Our room had direct access to the front balcony and for two days we felt we had our own private Villa in Italy! In addition to the kind staff, and nice accommodations, we had one of the best dinners of our trip through Italy at Villa Cheli! We had a minor problem in our bathroom and brought it to the staff's attention in the morning as we were leaving for our day's outing. When we returned everything was taken care of. Very nice englishspeaking receptionist-she gaves us many helpfull advices for the old Lucca town and ideas for good restaurants there. Friendly and efficient staff could not do enough to help us, excellent English and French is spoken. Nothing was too much trouble - thank you for an excellent stay in beautiful Lucca.
