  We stayed 3 nights in Relais Frattina, everything was perfect. The hotel is in perfect location in central Rome, close to the Spanish Steps, Fontana di trevi, Pantheon and easy walking distance to the Vaticano and Colosseo.Staff was very friendly and gave useful information while visiting Rome.We recommend it to everyone looking for comfort in Rom... what people say » e for holidays - The staff were beyond helpful and kind. Spoke clearly and had pre planned all possibilities, including a highlighted map and some fantastic affordable restaurant options which we went to and were superb! Comfortable beds and both rooms and bathroom were sparkling clean! Right in the shopping central but beautifully quiet. Cannot praise it highly enough!

  The beautiful design and attention to detail added to the overall experience. The facilities are excellent including a huge, fabulous shower. The bed was extremely comfortable and despite being on a busy pedestrian shopping street it was very quiet at night. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and respectful.   What a gem! Located in an old Palazzo, in the middle of Rome's best shopping, a short walk to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. For a few dollars more that other hotels we looked at, we had a huge 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. Elise was a tremendous help in every way. Just Fabulous! - Everything was perfect and exceptional. Staff, specially Manuella, were very helpful and professional. Hotel was very clean and in perfect location.   The B&B is located in the very heart of historic Rome, and it is a precious asset. The room was big enough, clean, with a/c, a safe box and a refrigerator. The restroom was very modern with a shower cabin and a bidet. The breakfast was very copious by Rome's standards. Yes, the croissant was packed, but in addition to coffee we also had a yogu... what people say » rt, orange juice, cookies and jam. The lady serving breakfast was very attentive. Also, we arrived 10 minutes to midnight, and a staff member waited f - Amazing location and very comfortable rooms with amazing showers. My first night I stayed in one of the rooms with no windows and though this may seem unpleasant for some, I found it great as my room was comfortable, quiet and dark making it perfect for sleeping. The next three nights I spent in the room at the front of the building with a big window you could open so it was nice and lighter but noisier due to the busy street below.
