  The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. It was conveniently located on a busy, famous square, which was magnificent (and great fun) to overlook, but yet so quiet when the windows were closed. The staff was helpful and kind. The kitchen was fully stocked with necessarily supplies. Everything about this place was wonderf... what people say » ul. - Everything. The room was huge for the price, and in a perfect, central location. Giovanna might be the nicest person I have ever met in my life. Very accommodating staff, made us feel right at home. They really went above and beyond what was expected. I will absolutely recommend this place to everyone I know who is planning a trip to Florence.

I am join g to bring my friends and have only spoken good things about this place! - The staff were very friendly and helpful! In most cases when I've asked a hotel for a double bed when we've arrived we got a different room; this is the first hotel in a long time where we had the double bed we asked for! The location is fantastic and you can hardly hear the noise on the street.

  We booked two bedroom's suite on top floor with living room and kitchen, and bathroom with separate shower. As long you know it is a historical building, so we wouldn't mind to use the staircase to the fourth floor. There is no window to face the plaza so no noise from the crowd at night. We found everything we need in the kitchen to make our own meal and breakfast. The staffs are very fr - We stayed at the Benvenuto apartment and found it to be very spacious and comfortable. It is very clean and beautiful inside. Breakfast is very good.the staff is very nice. You have to take into account that it is located on a fourth flour and there is no elevator: important when you have medium suitcases, and that the reception is open just part time.The location can´t be better

Due to road closures because of flooding in our area of the USA, we missed our flight to Florence and arrived 2 days late. Our expectations were definitely exceeded! The breakfast was the best we h - This was a super hotel in an awesome location for Florence. The rooms were large by European standards and beautiful. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and well priced. The manager of the day, Sebastian, was beyond helpful and even came to get us when we got lost driving in Florence - so the service was above excellent service. Also the breakfasts were super and were very complete with eggs, bacon, fruit and breads. I absolutely would stay there again!
