  Excellent location next to the Trevi fountain, busy street but no traffic so it had a lovely atmposphere. The hotel rooms were very clean and spacious.   The receptionists Lorenzo and Daniel are phenomenal! Daniel patiently answered all 100 of our questions. Lorenzo got us an appointment w/a high-end spa and arranged for a cab. When my flight changed, Lorenzo was so kind to call the airline for me, and my issue was resolved. Their service was superb! Hair dryer is decent. Rooms are very secure and you feel at home in them. We didn't have the breakfast as we enjoyed exploring each morning. The men at the front desk were always polite and willing to help. Would definitely stay here again!

  All in all excellent. The first hotel in Italy with the most friendlystaff we've ever experienced. The breakfast is verry good as wellcompared to other hotels. I praise the staff of this Hotel. Great Joband well done.
