  The choice to book the Town House for our stay in Rome was the best we could do. Antonella was a great hostess and gave us a lot of insider-information you would not find in a guide. The district where the Town House lays, is a silent part of Rome with nice restaurants round the corner. The room was absolutely tidy, you would not find the tiniest dust particle somewhere, the bed very comfortable, the atmosphere - Antonella is an wonderful host who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay in Rome was a pleasant one. She has a wealth of local knowledge that she is happy to share with you and genuinely wishes her guests to make the most of their stay in Rome. The room we had was clean, comfortable and has a private bathroom just across the hall. Al 138 Townhouse is a short walk from Trastevere a suburb of Rome that boasts many restaurants and bars to try.   Everything was perfect. Great location, friendly & helpful staff, clean room, welcome drinks, etc. There is a Bar we can have breakfast, that opens until late. You can buy water, wine, snacks and bus&tram tickets. Tram stop is just in front of the B&B, Bus stop is just 3min. walking from the B&B. You can walk to Campo di Fiori, ... what people say » Piazza Navona, Colosseo, Vatican City, Piramide area, The mouth of Truth. There are so many reasonable restaurants in Trastevere. You can feel real - The welcome and assistance from Umberto and Vincenzo was second to none. The room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Towels changed after two days. The position was ideal with a tram stop just outside, although it is possible to walk to the centre. Trastevere has a good selection of, reasonably priced, bars and restaurants and some delightful lanes to stroll through.

  I had a very pleasant stay at Caligola resort and hereby recommend it to everyone! The location is just great, nearby to Trastevere. Room was perfect, with a good bed and bathroom, big TV and nice balcony. Everything was cleaned daily. Roberto, the owner and his daughter and son are very friendly and helpful.   Me and m husband really enjoyed our stay at Residenza Belli. We would recommend it! - I stayed there over Christmas two years ago and liked it very much, that's why I returned.   This B & B was a hidden gem in a great area surrounded by little cafés, wine bars etc. and public transport at your doorstep. Once you get past the front door you will be wowed by the interior design for old Rome. Nina was so friendly and extremely helpful with whatever you requested. We loved that this area was where the locals lived as the restaurants were so much better and cheaper than in the city circle. - Everything was perfect from the start at this little hotel, although I don't know if calling it a hotel if accurate, as it's more like having your own apartment. It was within walking distance of everything in the city, very clean and stylish, and Valentina was very helpful and friendly to us. Although you don't have the same facilities as in a regular hotel, I think it's a perfect place to stay and discover Rome.

  This accommodation was so relaxing in the centre of Trastevere. There is nothing that we could fault. Francesco was away, but Rose , the worker was excellent. Nothing was a problem and she went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. The heat outside oppressive.....what a welcome relief to come inside to the efficient AC. Rooftop terrace with l - Francesco and his staff were very friendly, gracious and helpful. He was ready and waiting with a map of the city and the surrounding neighborhood. All of Francesco’s recommendations and tips for restaurants, landmarks and transportation were spot-on. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and charming. I would recommend the Trastevere Suites to anyone that wants to experience the local culture with easy accessibility to the rest Rome. My family and I could not have asked for a better
