  It's very close to Garibaldi railway station and to Piramide metro station. About 15 min going by foot to the Coliseum. 2 fruit shops are very close. And lots of pizzerias and small kafes. The owner is very friendly and helpful, we were in touch by email before our arriving. It wouldn't be so easy to find the hotel if I hadn't check it beforehand... what people say » in google.maps views. Yes, it's better to know the phone number to send a messege or to make a call to get into. The staff is very friendly and help - Everything was perfect! Room was big, clean and well-organized with new facilities. There's plenty of breakfast and also automatic coffee machine. You can cook your meal with full kitchen and microwave. Staff and owner were very friendly. They were always in contact even in the evening I was wondering how to turn on the air-conditioner. Bathroom was clean and spacious too. I will absolutely stay here again if I go to Rome!

  We stayed 5 nights in the spacious and quiet apartment with garden, two streets away from the B&B rooms. It was nice to sit and relax in the garden after walking all day. The location in Trastevere is excellent: the Vatican and all of Rome's museums are in walking distance (1 h max and you always walk through streets with other "must see" foru... what people say » ms, parks, churches...). Fine bars and restaurants are nearby (we only cooked once in 5 days, usually on holiday, we cook every second day). Franceska - The staff were so friendly and helpful and it was the best location in Rome to stay if you want to be close to restaurants and bars and only a short walk from all the main attractions. The room was beautiful.

You can feel real - The welcome and assistance from Umberto and Vincenzo was second to none. The room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Towels changed after two days. The position was ideal with a tram stop just outside, although it is possible to walk to the centre. Trastevere has a good selection of, reasonably priced, bars and restaurants and some delightful lanes to stroll through.

  Staff was very friendly but obviously language barriers limited helpfulness. Breakfast was quite decent. Bus / Tram was right out front so convenient. Room was very clean and a/c was a big plus. Felt very secure as entry is through a large locked gate. - Staff is really sweet and ready to give you a hand. At 2s from trastevere !!!

  This b&b was very close to our son who is studying in Rome. I really liked the blood orange juice for breakfast. Breakfast was served in the room by the window and very pleasant. Great Internet and plenty of hot water. Carlos did not speak very much English but tried very hard to be helpful. - The people in charge were extremely friendly.
