The hotel is a nice mix of modern and old. The rooms are nicely appointed-the bed is relatively comfortable. The breakfast was quite good and the breakfast area is nice-particularly if you can sit in the courtyard. The location of the hotel is fantastic as it sits right in the Piazza so it was a great launching point. The room was quiet because it did not face the Piazza so keep this in mind when booking. The location was amazing,u won't get lost, very close to main train station and a plaza,staff was excellent,we found out we booked the wrong date,and we went there in the morning in the same day,the staff offered to change the date for us and just added extra charge for the weekend,she allowed us to check in even tho we didn't stay there that day.

The best thing I like was location very close to city centre and bus, railway station.
Staff lady at desk was very helpful. Breakfast was in nearby restaurant and was ok even though not filling.
Family room is spacious.WiFi was working well at all times.
I will definitely suggest this hotel anyone visiting Florence.

We were very welcome by the whole staff, mainly by Gina, the owner. They were kind in managing to give us a calm room, exactly as we had asked in the site.
