Rooftop Bar and Terrace was excellent. Reception Staff extreemly helpfull, they provided maps and information and spoke good English. Bar staff very efficient, helpfull and friendly. The hotel is close to the Termini station, so it was easy to get to when coming from the airport. I was also pleasantly surprised that we got to stay in a suite. Everyone was very nice and everyone spoke English. They also had a great breakfast spread. This was the nicest of the three hotels I stayed in while visiting Rome.

Lovely, warm staff- Gabriella, Jasmine and especially, Arianna. Brilliant location, 5 minute walk to Termini and access to rail, metro, trams and Airport shuttle. Great security and excellent Wi-Fi. Breakfast, though quite basic, was very welcome. Access to coffee and tea-making facilities in kitchen. -

Friendly staff, very clean rooms. - I liked that the hotel was so close to the Termini train station, providing easy links via the Metro to all main tourist attractions. Also, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean too.
