  We stayed here for my 40th birthday and really enjoyed the luxury of the hotel and its facilities. We were upgraded to a suite which was an additional treat. The staff were helpful and the buffet breakfasts were wonderful. The hotel is situated just along from the Ponte Vecchio so was perfectly located. We found everyone friendly and efficient.... what people say » Room service was quick and the coffee excellent. - The room here was the best of the any of the 5 hotels we stayed at in europe. The bathrooms were new and spacious as was the room itself. The staff went out of their way to recommend and make reserrvations at local restaurants and assisted with luggage. The breakfast included was perfect and staff here were extremely pleasant

Please go and stay with them you just couldn't find a bettervplace in Florence

Close to everything and I also really liked the code needed to enter the building, made me feel safe and secure. It was conveniently located on a busy, famous square, which was magnificent (and great fun) to overlook, but yet so quiet when the windows were closed. The staff was helpful and kind.
