Room size was considerably amazing as a double economy that could fit 4 double beds iside. Original features and interiors, lovely 15th century palazzo which has a more personal feel than a hotel. Chic without being expensive and snobby.

The staff was very friendly and helpful - at the desk 24 hrs a day. The location was excellent. We walked everywhere and saw all of the main Florence sites. There were great restaurants and shopping nearby.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! In most cases when I've asked a hotel for a double bed when we've arrived we got a different room; this is the first hotel in a long time where we had the double bed we asked for! The location is fantastic and you can hardly hear the noise on the street.

The location of the hotel is perfect, within a walking distance to all sights. There were many cafés and restaurants right at the corner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room( and everything) was very clean and comfortable. We loved the Italian decor of the hotel, but the furniture of the rooms was really essential.
