  It's very close to Garibaldi railway station and to Piramide metro station. About 15 min going by foot to the Coliseum. 2 fruit shops are very close. And lots of pizzerias and small kafes. The owner is very friendly and helpful, we were in touch by email before our arriving. It wouldn't be so easy to find the hotel if I hadn't check it beforehand... what people say » in google.maps views. Yes, it's better to know the phone number to send a messege or to make a call to get into. The staff is very friendly and help - Everything was perfect! Room was big, clean and well-organized with new facilities. There's plenty of breakfast and also automatic coffee machine. You can cook your meal with full kitchen and microwave. Staff and owner were very friendly. They were always in contact even in the evening I was wondering how to turn on the air-conditioner. Bathroom was clean and spacious too. I will absolutely stay here again if I go to Rome!

  We stayed there 2 nights. Guests may check in at anytime as deal with the owner and inform him to come and open the front gate and bring you up.   We stayed at this B&B in October for four nights. The owner Barbara and her mother Angela are very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help us.
