As with anything in Rome, with a bit of planning you can make it suit. We found it best to walk into town and get the bus back in the evenings. After a busy day seeing the sites it was great to get away from the crowds and yet the Spanish Steps and Via Veneto were only minutes away. The staff were accommodating and friendly and there were lots of good restaurants close by. The room was spacious and modern in an old building.
