  Air-conditioned, we had a nice small green private yard-patio, large bed, very clean and the staff is very helpful, located right at the entrance to the Roman Forum, 5 min walk to Colosseo, 15 min walk to Pantheon, 10 min walk to the shopping street Via del Corso, breakfast at a nice roof patio with a beautiful view - Excellent location.   Amazingly great place! Looks even better in reality than on the pictures. Great location (5 min to Colloseum, Roman Forum and Monument Vittorio Emmanuel). B&B was recently renovated, it is very stylish, clean and tidy. We stayed there for 3 nights, in the room with external bathroom, which was absolutely comfortable as the bathroom is just 2 s... what people say » teps from the room. The bathroom is faced with marble tiles and looks very beautiful. But what makes this B&B really a gem and definitely a place - The room was very nice, including a queen size bed. The surrounding view of the Forum and Colosseum from the roof top patio was the best. You just could not beat having free breakfast in the morning or a a glass of wine in the evening and then go to the street level and be right there in the center of Rome with reasonable priced restaurants (thanks to the near by college) and all the historic sites.

  We were on our honeymoon and I have nothing bad to say on the hotel. The staff was adorable especially Stano that was very kind and happy all the time. The hotel was just like as the pictures and the room was clean and tidy everyday when we arrived from the city (towels were changed every day). The a/c was good for the heat and the windows were so... what people say » undproof for outside noises. the location was good, not the best but a walk for piazza venezia there u can find buses/tram to every place u want to go - I loved the location, just off Via Fori Imperiali, which cuts through the Forum; you are right there in the centre of Imperial Rome. The hotel is close to trendy eating areas, the historical sights and local transport. The staff were courteous and helpful, easily the best of the 3 hotels in Italy in which I stayed. I don't think it mattered that there wasn't a breakfast option; I bought excellent coffee, pastry and a piece of fresh fruit for 3 euro from a snack bar 2 doors away.

  The location could not be beat for touring both the Forum and ancient ruins! The reception staff were wonderful and helped book everything we needed.   This is a perfect place to stay for your trip to Rome. The location is perfect - 3 mins to the Forum, 15 mins walking from Termini railway staitaion, etc.. We used the metro just once, to get to Vatican. It is a nice, small family owned place. There are just 4 rooms there. The design of the rooms is perfect: very functional, there's everything yo... what people say » u need, it's nice and cosy, and you feels that everything is almost brand-new, including bathroom facilities. The breakfast was nice. The owner is ver - This little place is gorgeous, well located in a quiet little street near via Cavour with an excellent restaurant across the street. I was met by a gorgeous man, Leone, who despite my late arrival was really nice. The only criticism was that the promised breakfast was really bad, so don't depend on it. The area is well serviced by other bars etc, so eat breakfast out. Just make sure you avoid Gran Caffe Cavour, in via Cavour, as a coffee there will set you back more than 6.60euro!!!!
