It was fantastic! Newly and tastefully renovated, great location (close to Termini but not in an unsafe area), very comfortable, good buffet breakfast and pleasant surroundings. Our favourite hotel of all our Italy travels! - Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great location only 10 minuteswalk to Ponte Vecchio, great buffet breakfast.

The facilities were impeccible. The weight room was in great condition. Amongst the frenzy of tourists and residents, the hotel was a small oasis. We loved the garden (it looks well looked after) and the staff were very helpful and friendly - we'd like to thank Antonio especially for his assistance with our stay. - We liked its central location, that it has a lovely garden in which you can sit and it is located across from a park as well as very near the train station.

The fact that is is just across the street from the train station was perfect for us because we took a train into and out of Florence, so the hotel could not have been more convenient for dealing with heavy suitcases.
