It was bright and pleasant with a lovely view. The front desk staff were also first rate. Our stay in Florence was greatly enhanced by the well qualified and very kind staff.

We stayed here for my 40th birthday and really enjoyed the luxury of the hotel and its facilities. We were upgraded to a suite which was an additional treat. The staff were helpful and the buffet breakfasts were wonderful. The hotel is situated just along from the Ponte Vecchio so was perfectly located. We found everyone friendly and efficient.
