The Hotel was perfect. Everything from the service and staff to the rooms was brilliant. Wonderful breakfast, very warm welcome and attitude from the stuff. From the first moment we felt the smell of the fresh bakery and vanilla which was accompanied by a wonderful coffee. The situation is perfect just a few minutes' walk from via Manzoni and Duomo. The rooms were clean, comfortable and big. The design was fashionable and welcoming. We will for sure come back! :)))

The hostel is clean, the room is comfortable and big. The staff is very kind and cooperative. Although the hostel is located a little far from center, there is a train line really near and it is too easy to get around the city (Also, you can go to the “statizione centrale” about 10 minutes by taxi).

Well it's hard to describe or to draw clear line between positive and negative things in this hotel. So I'll start from biggest advantage - place. helpful staff . Specially the last day I had a problem with my credit
card , it was miss understanding between the bank and letsbookhotel.com , I
thought I was charged twice , luckily the reception lady was very
patient and she solved my concern . The hotel is clean , bathroom is
just perfect . I couldnt rate the bed quality because I was so exhausted

It was very conveniently located to go to the Stadium and very near to public transportation, the staff was helpful and friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean, very quiet at night. -
