  THe close location to the Duomo and the rest of Florence. Hearing the bells ring everyday. THe staff was so very friendly and helpful. The room was very simple but clean. The breakfast was adequate. Wish it had boiled eggs. The free breakfast was much better than expected, and very well stocked. Even the cappuccino was good! The bathroom was spacious clean and everything worked. For the price and location, I'd definitely recommend this place.

  We were warmly welcomed when we arrived and Catherina walked us to our room in a separate building. She was gracious and friendly and prepared to answer questions we hadn't even thought to ask. Claudio, Roberta and Sylvia were amazing, they recommended exceptional restaurants, organized tours and taxis and guided you to the must see sites. Free coffee/tea/treats throughout the day...dishware/glassware available to use in room. Fantastic café around the corner with very generous breakfast included. I would highly recommend this B & B to all.

I had free use of the internet.It was great to have the freedom to hold bags at counter for a few hours after checkout to see more sites and the ability to use the shower when i came back to collect my luggage. The staff were all knowledgeable and friendly. You are also very close to everything.
