Hotel Arianna was a fantastic place to stay! We were welcomed by the owner who was the most lovely,friendly and helpful lady you could ever wish for. Her husband and daughter were also equally as nice even their pet dog was great! She was a great cook as well and made some delicious cakes which added to the already very good breakfast which was on offer. It was also a great location for exploring Florence and the surrounding area! Thanks again for your excellent hospitality and if we return to .

What's more, because of my train late, he was waiting for me until midnight. I'm very appreciate of everything he did. The location is also very good. It's near the train station and not far away from interesting places. I slept very well that night. The room is very comfortable and clean. Loved the hotel owners. Attentive, responsive, friendly. It has a lot of pictures on the walls, high ceilings. The atmosphere of the hotel has to rest. Buffet breakfast is wonderful. Lots of food choices. To the station on foot 5-7 minutes. The Duomo 15-20 minutes walking pace or two bus stops. There is no lift, but this is offset by the fact that always helped to raise and lower the baggage. It was the best combination of price and quality I've even seen in Italy. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, breakfast tasty. Basically the service we got exceeded our expectations and everything was very reasonably priced. I wish luck to the owners and the hotel and will definitely stay again when we are in Florence. The hotel has a great location. only five minutes away from the S.M Novella train station. 3 minutes away from fortezza da basso. Close to city center. We did not like that the linen and towels weren't changed by default every day, we had to ask for it and still the linen weren't changed. Small shower, wifi only in the lobby. hotel nas not elevator. Wi-Fi was poor. Even on the first floor, I had to sit at the top of the stairs to get any signal. No signal in the room. Air-con unit was broken in my room, so had a portable one which made lots of noise and let to my window being open all night. nothing. wifi is not stable. need to read mail outside the room. room facility is old which need to be improved much more. The bathroom was outside the room and the building was very old. No elevator and the room was too hot. - breakfast was nothing special. internet only on limited area, need to improve. wifi not good enough which need to be improved more to attrack more traveller. No elevator but the staff helped to bring our luggages up to the second floor room. The stairs and the toilet. room design. This is one of the worst hotel I have ever booked via letsbookhotel.com. I hope in future this will not happen. Attached toilet room ventilation was very poor. It made our stay very uncomfortable in the bed room. The furniture is very old. There is a big dog in the lobby - maybe a protection against unsatisfied clients. Our room was not cleaned for 3 days. I will not recommend that hotel.
