  They were really friendly, we had a problem with arriving at midnight, but they sorted it out promptly, and as one of us was ill they allowed us late 15:00 check out free of charge even though I offered to pay.   The hotel is far from the slopes, they don't have a ski bus to take you to the slopes, they only agreed to take us since the hotel was empty and we were the only residents. The breakfast is very basic. I hated that the hotel is small and all employees were aware of every move we make.   I stayed here in July 2013 with my three teenage children in a junior/family suite. While the downstairs of this duplex room is fairly compact, and the balcony holds only 2 people, we loved it here. The rooms are modern and clean, with a wooden, modern chalet look.   Very friendly staff, super clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, fantastic views! 300 m from town centre, walking distance to several restaurants. Supermarket and pharmacy within 50 m, also just opposite walk/ bike path that goes into the mountains - an easy walk through spectacular scenery- at the 12 km mark we found a restaurant for lunc... what people say » h & the food was great! It was then an easy 12 km downhill walk back to Hotel Natale. Would stay here again for sure! - Very nice decorated and clean room with a balcony and nice view. An Elevator which is a very very big plus Great location, very close to the pedestrian center. overall very good choice allthough i thought that its not as great as otherwise described. a bit pricey, but like all the hotels in cortina.
