  Very friendly and pleasant personel! I came a bit before check-in time and they provided me double room instead of single one, so that I had a possibility to change and take a city tour. Service in the hotel exactly as described, I took a bicycle there(unfortunately they have got only one) and afterwards used free wireless internet at my room.   The location is amazing. We were backpacking as a family, and the central train station is a ten minute walk at most. The 'hotel' is right in the center of the city. The man (Herman) who runs the place is charming, and will ride up on his bike at a moments notice to provide anything you may need. To top it all off, our room had A/C and a bathroom with a big, clean show - The location was great, only a five minute walk from the train station and the "main" Piazza is only a short walk away. The man that runs the place is always very helpful and will do his best to make you feel welcome and appreciated. The room had A/C and was clean, the bathroom was big and very nice. You get your own key to the building and it almost feels like you have your own apartment in the city of Bologna :)

  We arrived at the hotel apartment around 6.30pm, an hour or so later than expected. I called the number of the hotel and a lady came to open up for us. She was very helpful and very pleasant and really couldn't do enough.
