The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful. They showed us to our room, helped us with our bags, offered to call a cab for us, showed us places to go on the map, and offered their services 24 hours a day. They made us feel very much at home. I was very pleased with this hotel. The rooms we stayed in were beautiful, very homey, and very well kept.

It's a quiet place with Arno river view, Florence bridges very
clean, the staff is very nice, and helpful. After a long day in the
attraction you can relax in your room looking the river and the other
side of the town. Few blocks away from the train terminal and
attraction. I really recommend this hotel if you visit Florence. Good
service in the breakfast, good espresso and delicious hot chocolate.

The staff was very good. He is very nice to introduce the interesting places to me and help me print out the ticket for museum the next day with patient. What's more, because of my train late, he was waiting for me until midnight. I'm very appreciate of everything he did. The location is also very good. It's near the train station and not far away from interesting places. I slept very well that night. The room is very comfortable and clean.

This hotel has a lovely atmosphere. It is family run and they are very friendly and helpful even though our Italian is poor. Santa Maria Novella Station is close and major sights are within walking distance. Breakfast was good with choices of cereal, rolls, yoghurt and fruit. It was our favourite hotel and they had a dog.

Location was quite close to Santa Maria Novella station and it is near to every attractions in Florence. You only have to walk for about 10-15 minutes to the main Duomo. The receptionist was very helpful and gave us a complete information about Florence. He also let us to check in earlier than the schedule. -

Hotel Marine is located just 5 minutes walk from the main train station in Florence. The rooms are large, clean, are in buildings that are hundreds of years old and have great character! Air conditioning works! We walked to most of the major landmarks like. Il Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and the Pantheon. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us an extra room when they had a vacancy next to ours for no extra charge. They provided the BEST breakfast buffet!
