  We had a rental car but did not have directions from the Linate airport in Milan to the Rege. The hotel happily and immediately sent out a shuttle for us to follow back to the hotel. The breakfast at the Rege was excellen - The hotel was close to the metro, with a shuttle available. It was a 15 minute metro ride to the Duomo, with easy connections. It was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was execellent. The hotel was a great value for the rate.

  The desk clerk was very accommodating, even advancing me 15 euros to pay my cab. (I didn't realize I could have used the hotel shuttle.) The hotel was very luxurious, with a terrific breakfast included, at a very reasonable price. - the staff were really friendly, and the times of the meals were really convenient.

  The hotel staff was very friendly and mapped everything out for us on how to get to the metro station to the sites to see and the places to go eat. Nice touch with chocolates on the pillow each night, breakfast was great with scrambled eggs and bacon and fruit smoothies. A wide variety and held us over until dinner. I used the restaurant in the evening and the meal was extremely tasty. Breakfast was also good. Friendly staff and room was comfortable.
