  The owners are personable and there is a restaurant downstairs that serves good food. The ownere also arranged for a taxi driver to pick me up at 4:30 am. - I love the staying with this very nice family..I felt like home..definitely I will stay here again

  We started off with some slight misunderstandings: by mistake I booked shared bathroom, which was upgraded to a private one for an extra 10 euros which is absolutely fair and I wasn't aware that payment has to be made on site but it was all explained by the owner in a very friendly and understandable manner. The location is perfect if someone woul... what people say » d like to see Venice, the room was extremely clean, free parking is provided and there is a really charming local bar just next door which is great af - The hotel`s location is extremly convinient, really close to the railway station, just 2 minutes to the bus stop to Venice and also, there is a big supermarket. Staff was really helpful, the guy at the reception gave me a map, explained to me everything and gave me directions how to get to the bus stop. If you need you can also buy bus tickets from him.   Location and proximity to Venice. Free parking. The friendly bar/restaurant underneath the hotel at a fraction of the cost of Venice.
