Beautiful and comfortable apartment. The staff was really friendly: we had a problem with the broadband connection in our room and they immediately offered us a room change. The Luas stop was 1 min away from the building and in just 20 minutes we could be right in the city centre. These appartments are unbelievable value for money. Stayed here before and came back because of the fantastic apartments, the location and ease of the stay i.e booking, checking in/out, facilities..Definiately will be back! :). Quality of furnishings. The folder of local information. The friendly and helpful reception staff. Convenience to Luas stop.Apartment was perfect for us as we have a young baby. The place was spotless and there was plenty of space. The unit was very well appointed and met all our needs. Very quiet, nobody above us. Very convenient to the LUAS system, walked to Leopardstown racecourse etc. Small convenience store on ground level but closed right thru Christmas and New Year. The convenience of the Luas was excellent for the comfort of travelling aroud Dublin also the coffee shop and grocery store. Comfy beds, having a nice kitchen to use, big fridge, two big well equipped bathrooms, very good clean shower.I loved the way the luas was so close to the apartments and also the underground car safe parking. I needed a nice apartment in a handy location. It was a vg choice.Ease of access to local transport and main motorway routes. Location to a variety of amenities, quiet location.its location near luas for easy access to town. The space, decor and amenities were excellent. the apartment was very clean and comfortable, very helpful staff and next to the luas line. apartment very clean and nicely furnished, nice views. the cleanliness of the room. Parking costs excellent and secure. Outside city center, but excellent connection with the tram. Spacious, quality apartment, quiet location within easy reach of the centre by tram, local shopping. spacious and well equiped rooms, convenience to transport services. The smoke detector was a little bit too sensitive...a burnt toast and and the fire alarm was on already!. The heating while more than adequate had no clear instructions to turn down the temperature. We took the easy option of opening the window. Room was a bit cold. Possible the heating comes on automatically too late?. The building works going on in surroundings, but did not detract from the comfort of the apartment. It was very far out of dublin city but the luas was close by so it wasnt too hard to get into town. The Apartment was very hot and stuffy on arival but not a major problem and understandable and not realy a negative point just an observation. Strange smell around lift area, like indian cooking. Entry locking system not always easy to use and no emergency number to call if having difficulties. Went into wrong building one day and couldn't get out!. just two things. on the saturday night there was quite a lot of noise in the apt overhead. Could hear a lot of noise on wooden floor when people were going back and forth and banging doors. Hard to get asleep. Sunday night was fine. the other thing was the entrance to the car park was quite difficult to manouvre as so much ice. The heating was difficult to adjust and was set very high.Cleanliness could be improved greatly (i.e. scrub bath tub, toilet and wash the floors, skirting boards, cook top). The accommodation is pricey and you might benefit from reduced prices in off-peak times. Many students in the RCSI were interested but were not prepared to pay €88 per night - hotels in city were offering accomodation with breakfast from €55 - €70 per room. the apartment was a bit to warm, and we couldnt adjust the heating. not alot of shops open on a weekend to buy food etc. i arrived late in the evening. the reception was closed. i rang the guard and the guard wasn't helpful. Bad smell around lift area. The beds were soft and hangy, backache as result. Modern, but high usage (surfaces) and worn out. Complete inadequacy in service. Faulty heating reported -> No action, no news. Reported again -> On our last night we were offered another apartment or a portable heater. Choose option 2, never received anything nor any news. Broken door handled reported -> maintenance man barging uninvited and unannounced in our bedroom at 9am during morning cuddle!!!. no bar, no shop, no breakfast, no garden, apartment in the middle of industrial estate / building site.

Travelling information
By Car
From the city centre (Shelbourne Hotel on Stephens Green):
- With Shelbourne Hotel on your left-hand side, continue straight onto Merrion Row.
- You will go through one set of pedestrian lights, one set of traffic lights and you will then see an island in the middle of the road with a set of traffic lights. Take a right turn here onto Pembroke Street.
- Pass the Pembroke pub and continue until you reach a crossroads and take a left turn onto Leeson Street, passing Coopers restaurant.
- Continue to Leeson Street Bridge and drive straight ahead, following signs for the N11/M50. Follow the road as it veers around to the left, and continue past The Burlington Hotel on your left-hand side. As you travel on this straight road you will pass a number of landmarks: Donnybrook Village and Dublin Bus.
- The road will become a dual carriageway.
- Eventually you will come to St John Of Gods Hospital on the left-hand side. Go past and take the right turn immediately after the hospital. This will bring you onto Brewery Road.
- Continue and you will come to a roundabout. Take the 4th exit off the roundabout signposted Sandyford.
- Continue and go straight through a set of traffic lights, Biz Quip will be on the right-hand side and Woodies DIY store will be on the left-hand side.
- Continue on to the end of the road and take a right-turn, signposted Dundrum, and take an immediate left onto Carmanhall Road.
- Take the 2nd left onto Ballymoss Road. We are the 2nd building on the right-hand side. You will see a glass door with a grey Premier Apartments logo. Reception is located on the ground floor at the left-hand side when facing the building.
From Dublin Airport/North:
- Leaving Dublin Airport, follow signs for the M1 southbound.
- From the M1 join the M50 southbound.
- You will pass through a toll bridge (currently EUR 1.90).
- Take Exit 13, signposted for Sandyford, Dundrum, Ballinteer and Rathfarnham.
- At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit signposted for Sandyford.
- At the top of that road you will come to a roundabout. Take the first exit, signposted Sandyford Industrial Estate and city centre.
- At the first set of traffic lights take the right turn, by the Beacon Hotel.
- Take the first right off this road (opposite the Mercedes Benz car dealership). You will pass a Londis store and Bank Of Ireland.
- Just after the first set of traffic lights, take the left turn (first left turn off this road) onto Corrig Road.
- Continue to the end of the road until you come to a T-junction. Take the right-hand turn, then the first left onto Ballymoss Road.
- We are the 2nd building on the right-hand side.
By Bus
From Dublin Airport:
The Aircoach departs every 20 minutes between 04:30 and 12:30, then every hour between 12:30 and 04:30. Tickets can be purchased on the coach or on the Aircoach website. You need to stop at Blackthorn Avenue, which is in front of the Microsoft building and opposite AIB Bank. From here you can walk 5 minutes to our premises, which is behind the Microsoft building. Walk past the Londis store and take the 2nd right-hand turn onto Ballymoss Road. We are on the right-hand side.
By Rail:
The Stillorgan stop of the Luas (tram) is located beside the apartment complex.
