  The hotel staff were very pleasant from check in to bar attendance to restaurant. When we checked in to our room it was cold because window had been left open and heating had gone off. The receptionist arranged for a heater to be plugged in and by time we were going to bed our room was lovely and cosy. The rooms were exceptionally nice - bright sp... what people say » acious and nicely decorated. There were lots of areas within the hotel to sit and relax and have a chat. The overall decor throughout the hotel was lo - From the moment we arrived we got the most professional and friendly service from everyone we met from reception to bar staff to dinigroom staff. It set the scene for us. Everything else matched the attitude of the staff. It will be our Limerick destination of choice in future and so easily accessed from the Motorway whichever direction you are coming from. Full marks to all concerned. Michael Hegarty, Galway

  I fully enjoyed my stay at the hotel, Limerick doesn't offer very muchbut the hotel made the stay amazing and we stayed only for one night.The room is great, the view is marvellous, the spa is so good. We haddinner at the restaurant the evening and enjoyed it all. The staff isvery polite, I would recommend it to everybody, it makes your holidaybett... what people say » er eventhough it is only for one night. - The staff were excellent and the hotel was super. I had a problem the last time I stayed and they dealt with it very well and made me feel like a valued customer. I am very happy to recomend this hotel!

  The welcome on the phone from Brenda was so warm, we were celebrating our Honeymoon and she made me feel we had made the right hotel choice before we even arrived! Our 8th floor room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely thanks to the pianist/singer who was excellent. Br... what people say » eakfast was also terrific and at check out the ladies at reception were again warm and friendly. - The staff we're extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms were most comfortable. The breakfast was of a high standard. The Hamptons restaurant offered us one of the best dining experiences we have ever had in a hotel. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. I would certainly hope to stay in The Savoy again.

  The entire staff at No. 1 Pery Square could not have been more genuinely kind, and accommodating. They truly run a world class service. Restaurant was really good with a very high standard of food and service. One of the top 3 fine dining restaurants in Limerick in my opinion. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

  One of our best stays at any hotel in the country, our room was spotless and the staff couldnt have been any more helpful. Fantastic value for money. - The room and the Fitness space. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed!
